Q
Do you mow lawns?

No, our skills are applying materials to your lawn or spraying for mosquitos. There are many excellent mowing and landscape company’s in Johnson County!

Q
What should we do after a treatment has been applied?

Please keep pets and children off the lawn until the product has dried, usually within one hour. Depending on the material use (liquid or dry) notes will be left on the service ticket for watering.

Q
Can my pets be outside while you are treating our lawn.

No, we ask that your pets are not outside when the treatment is being applied, for their safety and ours.  The sweetest dogs can become aggressive when a person enters their territory. Also, the regulation of the Dept. of Ag is that you cannot have pets or customers on or near the area you are treating.

Q
How do I know the lawn was treated

We will leave a flag by your driveway to let you and others know that the property has been treated, with our contact information on the card. If you have any concerns that the agreed upon area was not treated, we will gladly return and walk over the areas with you. Please do not hesitate to call or email us.

Q
Will I have a weed free lawn?

Weeds seeds are usually brought in by wind and critters. Some weeds are difficult to control, the best way to combat weeds taking over your lawn is to have a thick, healthy, watered lawn. We will leave tips on areas we find that are thinning patches of grass. Our fertilizer formulations applied at the correct times of the season will help thicken your lawn.

Q
Who will work on my property?

As a family owned business the primary technician will be Chris.

Patricia also will help with different applications.

Both Chris and Patricia are fully licensed by KDA to apply the materials.

Ask Us A Question

Feel free to ask any landscaping or gardening questions through the
contact form below. We will answer as soon as we can.

Chris or Patricia will be the only ones to service your property. We are to remain a small business and not grow the business more than what we can service.

Yes, we are fully licensed. We hold all the required and necessary licenses for treating weeds & pests, applying fertilizers, and spraying for Mosquitos.

We send email or text notifications two days before your property is scheduled. If you need to delay the scheduled treatment for any reasons, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice.

Typically our customers do not want to spend their free time applying the materials, storing the materials, buy equipment to apply the material or just prefer to have someone licensed and trained to apply the materials safely.

Even if you are the do it yourself type of homeowner, feel free to ask questions when you see our truck or just email us. We would enjoy answering any questions!

Typically we start our lawn services around the first of March and end the season mid November. The opening or closing is  dependent on weather.
